Hi RPLL Families,

Welcome to the very first edition of RPLL Insider, your home for league news, important updates, and stories that connect our PQ baseball community.

Our goal is simple:
To make it easier for families to find what they need, celebrate what makes our community special, and stay in the loop without sorting through dozens of one-off emails.

It’s why these issues will be available online here as well, so you can bookmark the page.

As we open registration for our 53rd season, I want to thank every parent, volunteer, and coach who continues to make this league what it is; a place where kids grow not just as athletes, but as teammates, friends, and people.

See you at the fields,
Jaime Solis
President · RPLL

Player & Parent Resources

Resources for families to help players learn, practice, and grow on and off the field.

For Tee Ball Players (league ages 5-6)

For Developing Players (ages 7–12)

For Parents & Families

  • Mindset Tip: Before each practice or game, ask: “What’s one thing you want to get better at today?” So much of baseball is beyond our control. Focusing on growth in areas we can control, like hustling on/off the field, or keeping the dugout talking, helps build confidence and enjoyment in the game.

  • Sports Parenting/Care Giving: PCA — Parent Resources for guidance on supporting your athlete throughout their athletic journey.

❤️ Closing Note: A Season of Showing Up

RPLL has been a part of the PQ community for over 50 years because of families like you — families who show up.

Parents who coach, cheer, volunteer, and teach kids that effort and attitude matter.

Thank you for continuing that tradition. Here’s to another season of teamwork, growth, and fun on the fields.

Thank you for being here,
The RPLL Board
